| Vilosell is the name of the village of Tomàs Cusiné’s latest project. The old owner of Castell del Remei (where he is still a shareholder) had already worked in the nearby Pobla de Cervoles in this area near the limits of the Conca de Barberà and Montsant regions. Vilosell spends 9 months (including malolactic fermentation) in new French oak, and is a rich wine full of black fruits, with a hint of roast meat and a spicey finish.
