Shipping

All our shipments are made by UPS. When you fill out the order form, the shipping cost is automatically calculated for you, depending on the weight of the consignment. Remember that costs per case drop radically the larger the order over 12 bottles. IVA (value added tax) is included in prices marked.

Exceptionally we are offering a flat rate of €10 per order for anywhere in mainland Spain, with free delivery for orders of over €150. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to the canary islands.

Please remember that - to protect you against unauthorised use of your credit card - we prefer to deliver to the credit card holder who purchased the wine, so please make sure that the delivery address you use is appropriate. You must, of course, be of legal age to buy alcohol. The shippers will try to deliver three times, but to ensure that your shipment gets to you we need a reliable contact number. This number will only be used to ensure safe delivery. Nobody will be ringing you to hawk our Christmas specials...

Our packaging is designed to be protective, not pretty. What matters is getting what's inside the box to you in perfect condition. Both wine and Cava is shipped using recyclable protective packaging approved by UPS for shipping wine after passing the DIN ISO 2248 free fall test.
