This cava has been aged for at least 24 months in the bottle prior to disgorging. Produced in the Alella Region to the north of Barcelona, where the Xarel·lo grape variety is called Pansa Blanca, and is best adapted to the decomposed granite soils. This Brut Nature is absolutely dry with no licor d'expedició added.
