Alta Alella is Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets' own cellar in Tiana. Pujol-Busquets is one of Spain's leading winemakers, and is Parxet / Marques de Alella's enologist among others. This rounded, opulent Syrah is fermented in small stainless steel tanks, and then undergoes malolactic fermentation new French oak barrels, where it subsequently ages for around 18 months.
