This red is characterised by its elegance, and is stylistically closer to France than to Spain. Having been fermented at low temperature (around 18°C) to maintain the aromatic qualities of the grapes it spends six months in French oak, in a combination of new, second and third year barrels. Rounded and rich, marked by forest floor aromatics.
