I was first drawn to this cellar for this extraordinary white, absolutely convinced that it was a barrel- fermented wine. In fact it is not, although it shares a texture and some primary aromas reminiscent of a wine that has been aged in oak, although at the same time it maintains the fresh aromas you would expect to find in a young wine - Glycerin, warm tropical fruits combined with a hint of green apple.
