Miserere is made every year according to exactly the same blend, so the differences between individual vintages is pure due to the climatic characteristics of each vintage. It is usually a wine marked by its elegance and mineral characteristics. The 2001 is also somewhat more opulent than usual due to the ideal weather throughout that vintage.
