This organic white is a blend of barrel-fermented Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel tanks. This combination gives some of the opulence you’d expect from a barrel-aged wine, combined the freshness and vibrance of a younger sauvignon. All in all it works for me - particularly at this price!
