Alta Alella is Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets' latest project. Pujol-Busquets is one of Spain's leading winemakers, and is Parxet / Marques de Alella's enologist among others. This barrel fermented white from his estate overlooking the Mediterranean is his own interpretation of the Sauló soil typical of Alella. It is a Certified Organic wine, and should be drunk slightly chilled, but not too cold - ideally remove from the fridge around 45 minutes before serving.
