| This barrel-fermented Chardonnay is the closest thing I've tasted to a white Burgundy in Spain. Produced from low-yielding 40 year old vines in the highest part of the estate, it fermented at 16°C in new French oak barrels, it ages on the lees for around six months before being bottled. Opulent, elegant, and complex with nice fresh acidity holding it together.
