Huguet is the name used for the cava produced at Can Feixes, a spectacular estate in the most inland part of the Penedès region. This cava (total production: 72.000 numbered bottles) unusually includes a small percentage of Pinot Noir in the blend. This Brut Nature is absolutely dry, and should be consumed within two years of the disgorgement date printed on the back label.
