Barranc dels Closos is the entry level wine for the Mas Igneus cellar. It is aged for about four months in 3rd year French oak barrels - just enough to round the tannins and add a hint of spice. It displays vibrant red fruit characteristics typical of the Garnatxa that makes up most of the blend, and at this price provides a good entry level wine to start to discover Priorat.
