This organic Brut Nature Reserva was aged in the bottle for at least 24 months prior to degorging and final corking. It was disgorged manually and the date of this operation is printed on the back label. It will be in optimum condition for the following 18 months. We try to avoid keeping large stocks of any cavas, so we will always dispatch bottles that should have at least a year’s optimum drinking life left.
